Pedagogical Leadership

To comprehend ‘Pedagogical Leadership' we must initially understand the term ‘pedagogy' as well as role in their classroom. So what is definitely ‘Pedagogy? '

For educators this means not just delivering a ‘one size fits all' curriculum nevertheless looking deeper at the particular needs of the individual. " even greater emphasis has been placed on the fundamental target of learning: the generation of personal which means and profound conceptual understanding” (White, 2008). " have autonomy to develop, implement and assess educational activities that meet the needs” of all students (MacNeill, Cavanagh, & Silcox, 2005). Exactly what does ‘Good' Pedagogical Leadership appear to be?

" The teacher's regular concerns are much less with institutional problems compared to personal problems, less with school production than with success of their own students, less together with the system infra-structure than with personal relational issues, less with political educational issues than with emotional and moral concerns, less with the corporate efficacies of their methods than with the interpersonal proportions of their actions” (Van Manen, 2002).

Very good pedagogy is teaching to how students' best study. This does take more effort, attention and determination for the teacher who may normally have taken the blanket way, teaching into a group, not really individual scholars. What are the main element aspects of ‘Pedagogical Leadership'?
